The Grounds

Coltsford Mill is set in an exclusive and private 12-acre estate. The approach is via a long drive past the lakes and the picturesque and well-maintained grounds and gardens are the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs. They also provide a relaxing area for guests to wander around and enjoy.

There are two lakes, The Mill Pool and The Willow Pool, both fed by the River Eden, which in turn feeds the Upper and Lower Cascade pools. The covered terrace adjacent to the Watermill Barn is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the tranquil grounds.

Four interlinked cream canvas parasols provide shade on the terrace which overlooks the cascades.
